For Navigator to close on permanent financing, a one-time capital raise of $8M is required. With just under $5M of that pledged, the existing Donors and Board of Directors of Navigator Homes of Martha’s Vineyard requests direct donation pledges to ensure that elders living on MV will have the option of on-Island, long-term skilled nursing care in real homes.
